Caleb spent four years in cybersecurity and consulting, working with businesses adopting AI tools that were reshaping how they operate. Meanwhile, back home, he watched local businesses run by people he'd known his whole life still trying to figure out where to start. Headwater exists to close that gap. Caleb leads the technical side: designing AI systems, building the tools clients use, and keeping Headwater current on what's actually worth adopting.

Trent has spent his career sitting across the desk from Charleston's small business owners, first in business insurance and now in AI consulting. He knows the pressures local owners face because he's listened to them for years: the thin margins, the hiring headaches, the competitor two blocks away who just raised their prices. Trent leads client relationships at Headwater, which means he's usually the first person you'll talk to and the one who makes sure the work we deliver actually moves your numbers.
